Our Story
HomeWatchers ABQ was founded with one simple goal: to give homeowners complete confidence that their property is being cared for while they're away.
As a locally owned Albuquerque business, every home visit is performed with attention to detail, thorough documentation, and prompt communication. Whether you're traveling, living out of state, or managing a second home, we treat your property with the same care we would our own.
We believe trust is earned through consistency, transparency, and dependable service. Not just promises.
About Nate
HomeWatchers ABQ was founded on a simple belief: every homeowner deserves peace of mind while they're away. I'm Nate, the owner and founder of HomeWatchers ABQ. I'm a lifelong New Mexican and have proudly called Albuquerque home for the past six years. As a homeowner myself, I understand the responsibility of protecting one of life's biggest investments and the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone trustworthy is looking after it while you're away. I was raised with the values of hard work, integrity, compassion, and paying it forward. Those principles guide every property inspection I perform. My goal isn't simply to check a box; it's to provide detailed inspections, clear communication, and dependable service that gives you complete confidence your home is in good hands. Whether you're traveling for a week, spending the season away, or managing a second home, I'll treat your property with the same care, attention, and respect I would my own. Thank you for considering HomeWatchers ABQ. I look forward to earning your trust and helping protect your home.
